Financial analysis
An accounting background provides a strong foundation for reviewing financial information, understanding risk and placing property decisions within a broader financial context.
A multidisciplinary perspective
Born into a family of builders, Peter developed an early appreciation for the practical, financial and long-term considerations behind real estate decisions.
He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant, a designated AACI appraiser and a licensed real estate broker. His education includes UBC Sauder’s Diploma in Accounting and Diploma in Urban Land Economics, with studies focused on real estate development and valuation.
Peter’s perspective is also informed by firsthand residential townhouse development experience. Together, these qualifications allow him to examine real estate from several connected—but professionally distinct—points of view.
One perspective. Three complementary disciplines.
Each discipline brings a different lens. Together, they support a more complete understanding of the decision in front of you.
